Grace Youth Ministry

Our youth ministry is an intentionally inclusive community where every 7th–12th grader is welcomed, celebrated, and loved just as they are—a place to belong, grow, and make a difference.

Who We Are:

We are passionate about fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment for 7th to 12th graders, where young people can grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and serve the community, all while feeling valued and loved, just as they are.

What We Do & When We Meet

Weekly Gatherings:

  • Wednesday Nights: During the school year, we gather on Wednesday nights from 6-8 pm for a time of worship, discussion, service, and fun. These gatherings follow a four-week rotation:

    • Week 1: Worship and Small Groups

    • Week 2: Service Project Night

    • Week 3: Worship and Small Groups

    • Week 4: Flex Night (varies each month based on the theme)

      • See more details in our 2025 Fall Calendar HERE.

  • Sunday School: Year-round, we meet on Sunday mornings from 10:15-11:15 am.

  • We take a break from regular Wednesday gatherings during summer break and schedule weekly "summer fun days" instead.

Special Events

  • Retreats: We host a fall retreat at the beginning of the school year and a winter retreat at the start of the spring semester.

  • Mission Trips: Each summer, our youth participate in a mission trip to serve communities and grow in their faith.

  • Other Events: Throughout the year, we also have exciting events like lock-ins, game nights, and more.

  • Confirmation Mentors: Each Confirmation student is paired with an adult mentor to guide them through their faith journey.

  • GraceSafe: All volunteers participate in our GraceSafe program to ensure the safety and well-being of our youth. Get more information about GraceSafe HERE.

We strive to communicate in a variety of ways. In addition to our Facebook and Instagram (@gracemjyouth), we offer weekly updates in our church-wide email newsletter, text updates, and much more.
